Masses of midnight blue flowers persist from early summer through until the autumn, on neatly compact plants.
Prefers a moist, well-drained soil in full sun.

Place seed on the surface of good free draining, seed compost.
Do not cover the seed.
Seal container inside a polythene bag and place at 18-20C (64-68F) until after germination which usually takes 21 to 30 days.
Do not exclude light, as this helps germination.
