Description
Well-protected, solid, deep curds that keep their quality over an extra long period. An Australian variety which is a vigorous, generous cropper, producing curds from mid September through October.
Sowing Instructions
| Sowing time: | May to June. |
| Sowing depth: | 1cm (½ inch) deep in drills 23cm (9 inches) apart. |
Sow thinly into well raked soil.
Growing Instructions
Thin seedlings when large enough to handle, and transplant about 5 weeks from sowing, 60cm (2ft) apart each way. Plant firmly, water well until established. Prefers a moist, rich, well-drained soil.

Try Cauliflower Cheese with added nutmeg.
