Description
Very striking and quite easily cultivated with curious, large snaillike purple and yellow blooms.
Sowing Instructions

Sow in trays, pots, etc of good seed compost in a propagator or warm place to maintain an optimum temperature of 70-75F (20-25C).
Sow in a peat/sand mix seed compost, just covering the seed with compost.
Soak in lukewarm water for 1-2 hours before sowing in well drained compost.
Growing Instructions
Transplant seedlings when large enough to handle into 7.5cm (3in) pots.
Pot on as required into 13cm (5in) and finally 20cm (8in) pots.
Prefers a well-drained compost, put up in February into larger pots as required.
Aftercare Instructions
Provide support for the shoots to twine around.
Water moderately in winter, freely in summer.
Provide a winter temperature of 10-13C (50-55F) and a summer temperature of 13-18C (55-65F).
