The traditional hot mustard often grown to accompany cress, for a delicious salad and sandwich ingredient. Quick and easy to grow, by all members of the family, and soon produces a healthy nutritious snack in a few days. Easy to grow in seed trays or on cotton wool. Sprout in a warm place for a healthy nutritious snack.
Sowing Instructions

Sow either in seed trays on the surface of compost, or on the surface of pads of cotton wool or kitchen towel.
Growing Instructions
Place the growing medium in a small container or saucer and moisten well before sowing the seed thickly over the surface. Place container in a warm well lit place - a kitchen windowsill is ideal. Ensure the growing medium is kept moist at all times and seeds will germinate very quickly.
Aftercare Instructions
The delicious Sprouted Mustard shoots will be ready to cut in 2-7 days.
