Sowing Instructions
| Sowing time: | April to May. |
| Sowing depth: | 3mm (1/8 inch) deep, in rows 30cm (12 inches) apart. |
Sow outdoors where the plants are to flower.
Prepare the ground well and rake to a fine tilth before sowing.
Alternatively, sow seed in 7.5cm (3in) pots and place at 18-20C (64-68F) until after germination.
Transplant seedlings when large enough to handle and plant out after risk of frost, 23cm (9 inches) apart.
