Description
A maincrop Nantes variety producing heavy crops of smooth skinned, good flavoured, bright orange roots.
The roots of this carrot resist cracking, and store well for winter usage.
Also suitable for successional sowing if finger roots are required.
Quick growing and suitable for all season cropping.

Growing Instructions
Thin seedlings when large enough to handle, allowing 2cm (1in) between roots.

Kitchen Notes
Steam carrots with a sprinkling of sugar until tender, then serve in a creamy sauce with tarragon, nutmeg and dill.
