Description
Semi-Bush (Semi-Determinate) Large, juicy, plum shaped, eye-catching, bright yellow fruits, ideal for a colour contrast in salads, as well as in ketchups or soups. Best grown outdoors or in large containers.
Sowing Instructions
Germinate at 20-30C (68-86F) on the surface of a good free draining, damp seed compost. Apply a layer of compost or vermiculite, 6mm (¼in) deep. Place in a propagator or seal container inside a polythene bag until after germination which usually takes 7-14 days.
Growing Instructions
Transplant seedlings when large enough to handle into 7.5cm (3in) pots and grow on in cooler, well lit conditions. FOR PLANTING OUTSIDE - For growing as a bush, plant 60cm (24in) apart in moist, well-drained, fertile soil in a sunny position. FOR HANGING BASKETS Plant one per 30cm (12in) basket. Water well and keep in a cool position until well rooted. Gradually acclimatise to outdoor conditions before hanging outside permanently after all risk of frost.
Aftercare Instructions
Feed regularly with tomato liquid feed and keep well watered.
