Description
A productive, late summer to early autumn leek, with a good tolerance of Leek Rust.
Long, pure white, quality stems with dark green upright foliage.
Quick to mature too, approximately 90 days after transplanting.
Sowing Instructions
| Sowing depth: | 1cm (½ inch) deep in drills 30cm (12 inches) apart. |

Sow thinly in soil which has been raked to a fine tilth.
Growing Instructions
When large enough to handle, transplant seedlings to 23cm (9 inches) apart and 45cm (18 inches) between rows.
Aftercare Instructions
Prefers well-drained, fertile soil.
Water ground regularly, especially during dry periods.
Kitchen Notes
Delicious when baked in a rich cheese and tomato sauce.
