Description
An outstanding introduction producing large spikes of a lovely shade of Apricot. A most unusual and sought after colour. Excellent for the border in sun or part shade, and very useful as a cut flower. Flowers early summer. Height 1.3-1.5m (4-5ft).
Sowing Instructions
| Sowing time: | late spring/early summer. |
| Sowing depth: | 1.5mm (1/16in) drills 30cm ( 12in) apart. |
Sow outdoors in a well prepared seed bed. Sow the seeds very thinly and keep the soil damp until germination takes place and thin out the seedlings to 15cm (6in) apart when large enough to handle.
Growing Instructions
Transplant 60cm (24in) apart into flowering site in the autumn for flowering the following year.
Aftercare Instructions
They will grow in most soils and prefer part shade.
