Lovely ornamental! Commonly known as Indian Strawberry, this variety produces bright yellow flowers followed by edible red fruit, similar to Alpine. Deep green foliage is a perfect addition to hanging baskets or rock gardens where it can tumble over sides. Also an excellent ground cover plant. Flowers in spring, fruits in early summer.
