In the first year plants make unusual dwarf rosettes of soft gray woolly foliage that is impossible to pass without touching, followed in the second year by tall silver spikes with pinkish-white flowers. Adds interest to borders and containers. Z5-8. 3ft. Germination: 30-90 days, 60-85F.
