This Oregon type is best used for sprouting as it produces the best sprouts. Snow peas have a slightly sweeter taste than green peas. Can be grown as a 2-day sprout in a sprouting kit, or in trays for 7-10 days on damp tissue for fresh green pea shoots. Delicious added to stir fries or salads. 2-7 days.
