Hi Kimberly,
Not sure what you mean by "everything", but you need to show the dog where it shouldn't be and what is a safe place for the dog. Fencing is one option, walking the perimeter and showing what is 'yes' and what is 'no' and then not allowing the dog to be in the garden alone until it understands is another.
