Your second question isn't making sense. If you mean "without killing the grass" than you may want to check out the local gardening store for a product like round-up which i believe makes a substance that is safe for grass. However, try and cut as much as the vinca minor down as you can. I understand that this is difficult but you must do this or the plant will recover and continue to invade everything. Once you've cut the vinca back, spray the vinca from its source, if you can find it. : what kind of fertilize should I use on variegated evergreen shrubs to retain the variegation?, also
