Tea Olive dying

: A Tea Olive tree that I planted approx. 4 months ago was alive and thriving up until about two weeks ago. Now several old leaves and new growth appear to be withering away. The tree has adequate light and water. Is there any type of fungus that attacks these trees??? Any help/solutions would be greatly appreciated.
