Hi there!
We purchased 20 Wall of China from The Michigan Bulb Co. about 2 years ago. I was surpirsed to see that there were nothing more than "twigs" when they arrived. About a month ago my husband trimmed them. They were 10 - 20 feet tall. I took some of the clippings, cut the bottom branches off about 6 inches up, stuck them in water and left them in the basement for about 3 weeks. Then I planted them in a row of the garden. Put a little mulch around them, and gave them plenty of water. They are greening up, and some of them even have new leaves!!
That worked so well that we are thinking of putting them directly in the ground after we trim the next time. Does anyone know if this work? I know with some plants it will. Let me know please.
