Willow Hybrid

Hi,
Can anyone tell me about these trees? I don't know if I am supposed to prune them while growing. They are supposed to be fast growing. Mine are not---they keep having yellow leaves,I have sprayed them with spray to kill the bugs. They are over a yr old and only 3 feet or so. Also the branches hang when they are wet,like a weeping willow. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks G
