Taxus Dying?

I have several taxus all about 3 years old on the south side of my house.. About half of them appear to be sick or dying......Ie needles are lighter shade of green than those on East side of house which all are a darker(original color) shade of green....All are located close to house in well drained soil. Can I treat these shrubs with any kind of fertilizer or chemicals to bring them back to original dark green healthy looking shrubs?
