: We have a ministry for disadvantaged children. We need to plant a "privacy fence". We will need to be creative because we have hundreds of feet of fence line. We live 1 hour north of Houston, Texas. We need something that is inexpensive, evergreen, will establish easily, grow quickly, not prone to disease, and we can start more from cuttings as it grows. The soil is clay/loam mixture (I think) and drains well.
