I have what I believe to be a snowball bush (at least that's what I asked the nursery for, and it looks like the only other one I've seen.) I think it's the verbanum opulus. It is about 2 yeas old, about 4 feet tall, and about as wide. The leaves are dark, shiny green. They are single point leaves. It is in full sun for probably 6 hours a day. I live in Central Texas and our soil is, I guess a mixture of, clay and caliche. I know we have to add acid to the soil for those plants needing acidity. Now my question: Do you have any idea as to why this bush has never bloomed? Thanks!
