varigated lace cap hydrangea

: I have had a varigated lace cap hydrangea for five years without a bloom.  The plant looks healthy and the leaves are pretty but it would be nice if it blossomed. What am I doing wrong?  I have moved it from the shade to more sun and back again to partial shade.  Please help!
