Oak Leaf Hydrangea

I live on border of Zone 5&6. I have 4 oak leaf hydrangeas planted in May. They receive 1/2 day of sun, 2 are happy but one is always "droopy". One my puppy chewed to the ground, but is sprouting new growth! I have watered as we haven't had rain since July. No sign of bugs. Any suggestions? Thanks!
