Hi Steve,

This is Leaf rust and can be dealt with using one of several fungicides. Leaf rust spreads from plant to plant easily and should be treated with as soon as you have time. Leaf rust is a fungi thats spores germinate and infect the leaves and steal its nutrients, stunting plant growth.

At the local nursery store, look for a fungicide containing triforine, chlorothalonil or ferbam. "Funginex" and "Daconil" are two widely available products that contain these chemicals.
