My wisteria was transplanted 20+ yrs ago. It grows great, but never has flowered for me except the yr before transplanting. I have clay soil, but have added much for improvement. Everything around it flowers profusely. So much, that I almost never fertilize the area. It has full sun, gets pruned severely in spring grows like a weed, but no flowers. I threatened to chop its head off; it didn't listen...What to do to get it flowering?
