: I would like to move a Hinoki from my back yard to my front. The tree is about 40 inches tall and is doing very well.

: When is the best time to transplant it and is there anything in particular I should watch out for?

: Thanks in advance,

: -Reed

Hi Reed,

The best time to transplant is in the fall. Here's a site that shows how to transplant trees and shrubs.

Good luck,
Newt
