: we just recently got a puppy, and she's managed to kill most of our grass and plants in the backyard. (she especially likes eating orchids) are there any kinds of plants that dogs can not kill, if so what are they? is there anything else we can do to "dog-proof" our backyard plants? ~kat

Kat-

Try a product called "Bitter End" spray. We have a little lab who loves to chew. This product can be sprayed on grass, trees, shrubs, even carpet. It tastes horrible and should do the trick. You can buy it at PetSmart or other pet stores. GOOD LUCK!
