sick lantana

: I have an area with 10 or so yellow lantana plants.  They've been there for about a year and a 1/2.  Full sun, most of them are doing well but on some the leaves are turning black and crunchy, they just don't look very healthy.  Is this due to a fungus or insect or what?  How to treat?  thanks for any help.
