Dying Taxus

I have a row ot taxus shrubs 3 years old. All except 2 came back this spring looking very healthy. These two had very little growth compared to the other 18 plants...Also they are a lighter shade of green(olive) on the old growth, especially on the top & outside branches...These plants are all located in a well landscaped, well drained areas... I suspision they have been doged.Can you help?
