: I planted 5 plants last fall. All were healthy. However, this spring it looks like nothing is happening. I cut them back in the early spring hoping to see the new blades but so far no action. My other grasses have already progressed quite far. Does this grass start later in the season? I live in West Virginia in a zone 6/7.
