A Weeping Cherry tree can reach 20 to 30 feet high, and maybe 20 wide in plenty of time if properly pruned. None of them should really be pruned from the top to restrict height, although it can be done. They should be thinned of the crud and limbs underneath in the shaded interior. And the new top growth that builds on the height should be preserved, with a few odd-balls removed.
