Locust tree

: I have a honey locust tree now in my front yard.  It seems to be a late bloomer and early sleeper.  I dont know much about this tree.  I have only had leaves on this tree for about a month and the leaves are already turning yellow.  Is this a concern?  I have only lived here and had the tree for 1 year.
