No solution I know of. Another thread down the line covered that too I think.

In our area, in Tualatin, Oregon, the city is allowing removal of all those which are street trees since they too have no solution to stop the fruit.

If could be bad if a chemical could do it, because if it did not do it right, children may try eating the fruit which would contain part of the chemical (the one one that does not exist)
