I have aphid on my Beech, but don't spray, because not enough damage occurs. Beech frequently get those, and I bought that tree knowing it would have some. Honey Locust - its common for those to get dead twigs, or even decline. Keep it thinned, and remove dead. Enjoy it while it looks reasonable, whether 2 years or 2 centuries.
