Cypress Trees

: I have a property in Arnold CA that has many Cypress trees.  I recently noticed that many of the trees are turning brown.  I also noticed this around town with many other Cypress trees.  Is this normal?  I have other Cypress trees that are not turning brown.  Is this due to current weather patterns or should I be worried about disease or fungus?
