Meyer Lemon- Yellow-spotted Leaves

I have owned a dwarf meyer lemon tree for about a year. Right now there are several lemons on the tree that are almost ripe and also many blossoms. Recently the leaves have developed yellow spots and then dropped off the tree. Does anyone know what is going on and what I can do?
