Are you in a drought area or the desert? Sounds like too much water. I also realize that your manure tea is 'natural', but it sounds like too much. I would say to water your tree once a week if it's not mature and it isn't getting an inch of rain per week. Also, I would suggest you stop the manure tea for a while and see if your tree recovers.
