i have a plumeria plant that has brached out to three stems at the top, has many leaves and not one flower has appeared. it is outside. i live in wilmington nc. and the weather here is in the 75 to 90's. it give it fertilizer once a month , plant is healthy. why no flowers. i had transplated it only once from the very beginning and have let it alone since then
