Hello Y'all,

I was hoping to find a little help here. My wife and I just moved into a wonderful little house in Eugene, Oregon. We have a great big backyard that's just grass right now. It gets tons of sunlight, so we got permission to put in a vegetable garden for next year. I know we should get thing set in motion this fall. What should we start doing? Should we till in the sod? What should we mix into the soil this fall? If you don't know Eugene's climate; the soil usually doesn't freeze. It just rains A LOT! Any suggestions would be appreciated.
