Hi, I'm in victoria australia and I'm growing my first lot of roma tomatoes. Today I picked two lovely red tomatoes, my first to ripen and when I cut into them they appeared sort of mouldy looking inside near the bottom. The first few slices which looked okay tasted terribly acidic. Can anyone help me with a possible cause for this, and how to rectify it so my other tomatoes turn out edible. Thanks.
