need help with cucumber wilt

I've had success growing cucumbers but the last two years they've suffered from bacteria wilt and die just as they are about to go to fruit. I'm told my soil is probably contaminated and should use a bleach solution to decontaminate but I'm not sure how much or how to do it. Can anyone help?
