zuccini blossoms falling off

: This is the second year in a row I've had this problem with my zuccini's. They look fine and grow blossoms but never turn into zuccini fruit. I looked at mine then looked at my brother-in-law's and I could see the difference between the lake and female on his but not mine. I just started today pollenating them this morning. If anybody can help me with this problem that would be great.
