tomatoe curled new growth

I grow my tomatoes in a green house in containers (5 gallon buckets)some of my tomatoes new growth branches grow curled tight. They look like curly frys look. I have to uncurl them and then they continue to grow but are all twisted. When a new branch is formed the leaves and branch are in a ball a little bigger then a golf ball. I've been researching this and can't find out any thing. Your help would be appreciated
