Hi Cindi,

This sounds awful. Hope you used a credit card. That's the way to go when ordering on the net. I would go to the credit card company and ask for a refund. Maybe they can get somewhere with him. I would also write him a registered letter and complain and ask for my money back or the goods.

Unfortunately I heard on the news tonight that internet fraud is second only to identity theft in consumer complaints. Speaking of which, I do think there is someplace you can complain. Do a search at and enter with quotes and a plus sign like this: "consumer complaint" + "internet"
