: Hi Campa,

: You could use a power washer. They can be rented by the day or half day.  Plain water should remove the moss or a solution of one part bleach to nine parts water and scrub with a brush.  Rinse well. Since you can't remedy the shade situation, you will probably have to do this every year or every other year.
