My guess is you've had a very wet spring and also have lumber-tree stump(s) burried under your bed. They are sending up one of the mushroom family, what you see is the fruiting body.

IMO this is no big deal it won't hurt actively growing plants (bad drainage might but the mushroom won't).

It will reduce on dryer years. But will still grow till
the whole stump is consumed.

You *could* excavate and pull out the old wood, it can be a herculean job. IMO one not worth fixing.
