: I really enjoy roses but want a bush that is full and large and could be used against a foundation but have many blooms, preferably with a nice smell. Recommendations? Photos?

Hi, this is my favorite rose right now. It's called Hansa Japanese Rose and monrovia sells it. It's fragrant, deep crimson-purple double flowers top upright, prikly stems. Perfect hedge or border shrub, mass as barrier planting. Reliable, durable plant holds up to cold, wind, drought, salt. Deciduous. Full sun. Moderate grower to 3 to 6 feet tall and wide. Cutting grown. Flower or Bloom description:
Fragrant, crimson-purple double flowers Flower Color
Purple
Flowering Time/Season
