Mushrooms in my mulch

: I have white mushrooms about the size of a fifty cent piece growing out of my mulch in my flower bed.  Will these mushrooms harm my soil?  Should I be concerned and try to get rid of them or should I just leave them be?  I have never had this problem before and I have no idea how to proceed.  Any advice will be very much appreciated.  Thanks
