: : I've read deer LOVE rose's, not just buds and flowers but stems and branches. Then I read they don't like thorny plants. Will they eat rose bushes that are woody but very thorny?

: Hi Susie,
: I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but deer will eat just about anything if they get hungry enough. They WILL eat your roses, thorny stems and all. You could try covering them with deer netting. That usually works.
