| 'Angela North' is a clump-forming, moderately vigorous lily. Bears racemes, in midseason, of medium-sized, faintly-scented, recurved, deep wine-red flowers, with some darker spotting. 28-48in tall, zones 3-8. Locate in full sun with protection from hot afternoon sun so that flowers last longer. Deadhead spent flowers, but wait until stems and leaves turn yellow to cut back to within a few inches of the ground. Spring and fall are the best time to transplant, even though they can be transplanted any time. Provide ample moisture while flowering, but can take periods of drought otherwise. |
