| This evergreen shrub has an upright, arching form and rough textured, dark green leaves. Glossy, large purple-blue flowers appear from spring to fall. Attractive specimen plant, especially in a container. Prune as needed to encourage a full, compact shape. For best results, plant in full sun to part shade and keep soil moist until completely established. This plant is drought tolerant when established. Fertilize in spring just before new growth begins with a 16-4-8 fertilizer or other formulation with a 4:1:2 ratio. Native to western Australia. |
